We got this fabulous "thank you" card from Chelda along with a wonderful bouquet of flowers! Her print ensemble is so chic and colorful. It was originally part of her wedding dress, and she restyled it in one of our Weekend Sewing Marathons! Do you need help finishing a project? Maybe you need motivation, or some guidance on getting through one last big push. Take a weekend for yourself-- and if you can't do that, try half!

Better yet: Rebecca is teaching our Weekend Half-Marathon on Saturday the 5th. You've admired her quilts in the store, but did you know Rebecca has been a costumer for more than 30 years and that she sews for the Minnesota Opera? You'll be in expert hands! Sign up on our website!

SEW GOOD GOODS

Treadle has partnered with Judy Walker, founder of St. Paul nonprofit Sew Good Goods, to provide hand sewn items to those in need. Sew Good Goods embraces the notion that in creating and giving hand-crafted goods, we make and share a unique human connection.

Join us this fall in sewing pillowcases! Kits with material and instructions are available at Treadle. Simply sew and return at your convenience. Completed pillowcases will be donated to Our Lady of Peace Hospice in honor of Ruth, who received loving end-of-life care from Our Lady of Peace and was Judy Walker’s dearest friend.

Parking at Treadle

Convenient street parking is available on Grand, Hamline, Lincoln, and nearby side streets. Treadle also has access to an off-street parking lot.

You can park in the Green Mill/Colossal Cafe lot from 10-4 Monday through Thursday. Find it diagonally across the street, next to the gas station.

Coming to a class? You are always welcome to stop briefly in front of the store to drop off your things before you look for parking!
