All-season linen blends back in stock!

Last night I wanted to finish up that Deer and Doe Hoya in our awesome new floral lawn, but I had to hunker down instead. I hope your house is whole, that you have power, and nothing has fallen on you or your property. PHEW. Here's east Saint Paul right after the first round passed...

What a weird night, right? And I'm already sweltering again (I've been too stubborn to get an AC for years).

But no matter what temperature it is now or was yesterday, it's fall in my heart. Luckily Essex linen is appropriate for all seasons.

Guess what we just restocked!! You won't have to think too hard: it's customer-favorite in both Essex (cotton/linen) and Brussels Washer (linen/rayon) blends. These versatile midweights are good for just about anything-- pants, tops, light jackets, quilting, you name it.

I ALREADY know what I'm doing: the Essex in mustard is going in with the cotton/linen dove and bubble prints as part of a quilt, and I'll throw together a pair of Closet Core Jenny trousers in the red-- what do you have planned?

IF YOU MISSED IT: THE FALL SCHEDULE IS HERE. Like I said! It's fall! No matter what the mercury reads! I'm not in denial. :)

We're welcoming new instructors, adding new timeslots, and as of yesterday-- surprise!!-- we have some new classes!

BUTTONS AND BUTTONHOLES SEWING MACHINE SPA DAY

BUTTONS AND BUTTONHOLES
Level up in B&B, no dice required.
(that was an attempt at a joke)
Buttonholes are easy to make when you have a little practice and the right tools! Buttons can be a pain to attach, too, but Lara has a trick that makes sewing them fast and easy. You'll learn to use your machine's buttonhole function, troubleshoot, and get in lots of practice! Remember: closure is a good thing. (also an attempt at a joke)

SEWING MACHINE SPA DAY
Give your favorite power tool some TLC! No mud masks, salt baths, or juice cleanses necessary-- just elbow grease, basic maintenance, and cleaning. Keep your machine happy, and keep repair costs at a minimum!

Hold up-- count the Saturdays this month. Could it be...? YES. This weekend, enjoy a super-special FIFTH SATURDAY SALE! (I'll be there, and I'd be happy to see you!)

Maybe you're working, like me, in which case you still won't miss out. You can use the code 5THSAT to get the same sweet deals online as you would in the store! Mind that it'll only work on Saturday-- but that beyond the usual exceptions (machines, classes, etc) the code has unlimited uses. Forgot to add something to your cart? No worries! Come back for more!

As usual, I'm ending this email with a roundup of classes. If you're on the fence about a class, sign up as soon as you can: we can't run it if we don't have the students. And remember that early signups are OUR FAVORITE! We have limited class space, and we love knowing who to expect.
