| Pre-Christmas celebrations continue with the arrival of Free Spirit's CHRISTMAS SPIRIT collection by illustrator Cori Dantini! We have two gorgeous yardages (Deli Berries/Forest Evening, above) and two panels-- and we've included one of them in a fun project for Advent! CHRISTMAS SPIRIT ADVENT CALENDAR KIT  Kits include the panel, batting, binding, and backing, plus felt and ribbon for each day of Advent! We've got a last minute opening in next week's Kids' Sewing Camp! The camp runs from 9:30-12:30 Monday the 12th to Friday the 16th. This is a great opportunity for kids with little or no experience: they'll learn hand sewing stitches, how to thread and operate a sewing machine, and a great foundation of sewing skills as they make a simple pillow, drawstring bag, stuffie, and more! Parking at Treadle Convenient street parking is available on Grand, Hamline, Lincoln, and nearby side streets. Treadle also has access to an off-street parking lot. You can park in the Green Mill/Colossal Cafe lot from 10-4 Monday through Thursday. Find it diagonally across the street, next to the gas station. Coming to a class? You are always welcome to stop briefly in front of the store to drop off your things before you look for parking! |
