| Beginning Quilting Tues. 3/12, 3/19, 3/26 6PM - 9PM Not interested in sewing clothes? In this class you'll learn the basics of quiltmaking, from rotary cutting your pieces, sewing a 1/4" seam, all the way to binding and finishing. You'll make a 12" square sample quilt that's perfect for a wall hanging or mug rug. |

| The Upton Dress Fri. 3/15, 3/22, 3/29, 4/5 5PM - 8PM This dress is the perfect base pattern for so many different looks! Sizes 0-32 with cups sizes C-H means there's a fit for almost everyone. We'll start the class with making mock-ups to refine your individual fit, then use streamlined construction methods to create a custom dress you'll love! (This is my favorite ultra-adaptable do-anything pattern. I've made it for the renfaire, as a wedding guest, and just for fun. You'll love it too! - Emily) |

I have no Fun Fact or question today, and to be completely honest it's because I just had an entire internal organ removed unexpectedly. It turns out that's tiring! Thanks to Elizabeth for stepping in to pinch hit on Tuesday. Let's fall on the old standard: what are you working on? Michele and I both had eyes on the Maison Fauve Pilar jacket-- she thinks it'll look great in gold twill, and I'm feeling fuchsia needlecord! But until I can stand to move a lot more, I'll be knitting socks in bed. Tea, honey, and well-wishes are always appreciated, but you'll make me happiest if you just stop by the store, chat with whoever's in, and browse our new arrivals! I'll see you all soon. - Emily |

Parking at Treadle Convenient street parking is available on Grand, Hamline, Lincoln, and nearby side streets. Treadle also has access to an off-street parking lot. You can park in the Green Mill/Colossal Cafe lot from 10-4 Monday through Thursday. Find it diagonally across the street, next to the gas station. Coming to a class? You are always welcome to stop briefly in front of the store to drop off your things before you look for parking! |
