Hats for Ukraine, plus new wool!
| Treadlette Tuesday It's Treadlette Tuesday, when we share projects, inspiration, and ideas for you from our lovely Treadle Yard Goods employees, The Treadlettes! Elizabeth made these cute, simple pants for her 13 year old kid. The fabric is a fun and durable linen/cotton blend that's a perfect bottomweight. Get it here! The pattern is Jalie pull-on pants 3243. It has a relatively slim fit in the hips for an elastic-waist pant, which is great if you don't like a baggy seat. DO plan to enlarge the pockets, though - both depth and width could use some extra room! |

| Sew to keep Ukraine warm! We had such a tremendous response at the beginning of this crisis, and it is NOT over. Many people in Ukraine are facing a winter without heat, so we are doing our part to keep people warm. Join us next week for our monthly service sewing event! Tuesday, October 11 Choose your 2-hour block of time and register here! We'll provide fabrics and machines, but do bring your own machine if you've got one! We are also asking for donations! Please bring clean, new scarves, mittens, and gloves to add to the hats we're making. The whole bundle will be sent to Ukraine care of Dare to Believe Ministries to be donated to people who will not have heat this winter! |

You are always welcome to stop briefly in front of the store to drop off your things before you look for parking! |
