| Treadlette Tuesday It's Treadlette Tuesday, when we share projects, inspiration, and ideas for you from our lovely Treadle Yard Goods employees, The Treadlettes! Laura is clearly looking forward to warmer weather! She made this cute halter top from a fun geometric stripe cotton. Laura's notes on her project: "Loved this cotton when we got it in the store. With this pattern I could highlight the stripes in two ways. The pattern calls for back buttons, but my husband struggles with helping me fit clothes in progress and I could never figure out how I was going to button it, so I substituted an invisible side zipper. Batik prints are mottled, saturated, and each piece is totally unique. Because they're dyed rather than printed, there is very little difference between the right and wrong sides - often a plus in a garment!
