| Oh my goodness! Christmas is here already! Somehow, it feels like I should have another week (or two) to prepare. |

You would think with all the thought and preparation that goes into Christmas that I would be more than ready. Um, no. There was some last minute shopping (always) and sewing projects with New Year’s deadlines. And yet, Christmas comes. It is here. At least I had the foresight to order dinner, so cooking will consist of lovingly heating up what someone else has prepared. I am ok with that. At the end of the day, it is about more than my efforts at decorating, shopping, wrapping, cooking. I am embracing this somewhat chaotic time of year and focusing on enjoying time with those I love. May you do the same. “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.” - Luke 2:11 |
