How are you giving thanks?
Thanksgiving is here. I have been thinking about this holiday more than ever this year. Pretty sure that is true for a lot of you as well. Simple is good. I am cooking with family this year - kids and grands - and turning the traditional turkey dinner on its ear. Instead, we will be trying Mushroom Wellington and making family favorites - scalloped corn, maple ginger roasted root vegetables, dressing, fresh cranberry relish, and pumpkin pie. And the lefse is ready! |
