Sew for your sweet bundle this holiday
| Treadlette Tuesday It's Treadlette Tuesday, when we share projects, inspiration, and ideas from our lovely Treadle Yard Goods employees, The Treadlettes! It's been all kid stuff for Treadlette Elizabeth lately! She made this baby quilt for her new nephew. (Remember last week's cottage? That was for this little guy's big sister!) Elizabeth sewed this simple design mostly from her stash, but found the perfect woodland backing at Treadle! She free-motion quilted it in a wood-grain pattern. One more detail Elizabeth loves to add is an inscription block with the new baby's name and birthdate. The Tee Juice fabric markers from our friends at Wet Paint are perfect for this! |

| Silk and Rayon We have some gorgeous new silk and rayon prints, including pieces from designers Dolce & Gabbana, Max Mara, and Prada! We put silks and rayons in the same category because they are both fabrics with incredible, soft drape. Even though the fibers are different, both silk or rayon will make a gorgeous blouse, skirt, dress, or scarf! With temps dropping, these will make the ideal blouse or shell to layer under a jacket or cardigan. Shop all our silk and rayon here! |
