Fitting: Reading the Wrinkles - Online

Let’s take an approach to fit with less math, more intuition. By studying the way your muslin mockup wrinkles and folds on the body, you can tell whether there’s too much fabric or not enough, where to add or take away, and how to make a well-fitted garment that looks good and feels good to wear.

If you feel comfortable sewing with wovens, give this easy t-shirt a try! We’ll make it simple with straightforward patterns and foolproof techniques. A long-sleeve option is a must for winter!

Your sewing machine MUST have a zigzag stitch. A serger is optional, not required.

Hand Embroidery - Online

Learn the simplest, most effective stitches, including stem stitch, French knots, feather stitch, and more. Practice on your “embroidery sketchbook” and pick your favorites! You will also learn how to transfer designs to fabric, the easiest way to thread a needle, and how to block finished embroidery. We’ve extended this class an extra hour to fit in even more!
