FREE-MOTION QUILTING

Piecing quilts is fun, but what’s next? Forget trying to quilt perfect straight parallel lines and give free-motion quilting a try instead. This technique is unstructured and improvisational – time to let your inner perfectionist take a break! You’ll work on a practice quilt sandwich learning meandering, stipple, and curlicue patterns, plus whatever shapes you can imagine!

Note: Your sewing machine MUST have the ability to drop (or cover) feed dogs. A free-motion quilting presser foot is REQUIRED.
