Fashion Sewing Club is a monthly meeting featuring garments, pattern modification and review, and the latest news in the sewing world. You will be provided with tips, techniques and new ideas that are sure to inspire you. Current fashion, chic wear, proper fit, children’s wear and home dec are just some of the topics we will explore. Whether you are an experienced sewist or just beginning – this club is for you! Bring show and tell for a chance to win a door prize. Cost is $10 (your first meeting is free) and you will receive 10% off regularly priced fabrics that day. |

A perfect introduction to sewing with knits! A quick-to-make skirt in a forgiving stretch knit is a wardrobe essential. Make one in class, make a whole closet full at home! Your sewing machine MUST have a zigzag stitch. A serger is optional, not required. Or use visible mending techniques that add embroidery stitches and new fabrics for a fresh, fun look! Need a little extra help with your sewing, but not enough to take a full class? This 2-hour block of time is a flexible mini-workshop on the project or technique of your choice. You probably won’t complete a whole project, but we’ll help you through the tricky bits!
