Fashion Sewing Club is a monthly meeting (second Tuesday and Saturday at 10:30 a.m.) featuring garments, pattern modification and review, and the latest news in the sewing world. You will be provided with tips, techniques and new ideas that are sure to inspire you. Current fashion, chic wear, proper fit, children’s wear and home dec are just some of the topics we will explore.
Whether you are an experienced sewist or just beginning – this club is for you! Bring show and tell for a chance to win a door prize.
Cost is $10 (your first meeting is free) and you will receive 10% off regularly priced fabrics that day.

SEWING SALON
Need a little extra help with your sewing, but not enough to take a full class? This 2-hour block of time is a flexible mini-workshop on the project or technique of your choice. You probably won’t complete a whole project, but we’ll help you through the tricky bits!

NO-ZIP SKINNY JEANS
A breeze to sew and wear, skinny jeans are a wardrobe staple. Make yours from stretch denim/twill or ponte. We’ll work on fit-and without a zipper, the techniques are pretty easy.

FUN STUFF WITH FELT
Wool felt is an amazing thing; so easy to sew with, a gorgeous array of colors, and a million projects you can make with this versatile fabric! Ornaments, crowns, pins, amulet bags, gift card holders, table decorations - the possibilities are endless. Keep little (and big) hands busy! This is a fun, easy way to begin learning to hand sew. This class is appropriate for ages 6 to 8 if accompanied and helped by and adult and ages 9 to 12 to working independently.

KIDS' AFTER SCHOOL SEWING CLUB
Come as a new beginner or hone your skills on some fun fall patterns. We’ve chosen the best patterns for tops, dresses, skirts, or pants. Bring your sewing machine (or use one of ours) and basic sewing supplies. Project will be chosen in first class. Project cost NOT included in class fee and will vary with project chosen.
