Pants Fitting and Construction for Women

Let’s make pants that fit. We all just need a little help. We will draft a basic pant pattern from a template based on your unique measurements, then sew a muslin to test and refine fit. With changes made to your pattern, it is time to make your a wearable test. Learn a simpler, fool-proof fly front zipper application, pocket, waistband, and seam options, plus how to convert a basic pant pattern from fitted with a zipper to a more relaxed fit with elastic waist. Now you are on your way to a whole new wardrobe! Some sewing will be done outside of class. Say hello to your best-fitting pants ever!
