Let's get sustainable and use up scraps! It's a great stashbuster. Use drapey rayons, linens, or fine cottons for the best look. You can use all your own fabrics, or join in the scrap exchange to make something totally unique! We'll stitch our scraps and make a gorgeous accessory for fall layering.
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
sewing machine in good working order, with bobbins and machine accessories
Fabric: four to six ¼ yard cuts or large scraps. Drapey fabrics like lawn, rayon, and linen will work best. (Avoid quilting cottons.) Bring enough to swap and share!
Neutral-color thread, cotton preferred
sewing scissors
tape measure
straight pins
pin cushion
seam ripper
6" seam gauge
washable fabric marker or chalk pencil
one package of assorted size Universal sewing machine needles

Remember, you get 15% off fabrics, patterns, notions, and more at Treadle for the duration of your class. Just let us know you're in a class when you come in to shop!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If your plans change, and you cannot attend a class, let us know as soon as possible by phone. We will refund your class fee in full up to ONE WEEK before class begins. After that time, class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sometimes we must cancel a class. We will let registered students know as soon as we can. You will have the option to transfer into a different class, if applicable, or you may ask for a refund or store credit.
