Hand Embroidery

This project based class teaches you the basic stitiches by embroidering a sampler on a dish towel.  You'll learn stem stitch, French knots, feather stitch and more.   You will also learn how to transfer designs to fabric, the easiest way to thread a needle, and how to block finished embroidery.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

• 100% cotton dish towel

• embroidery floss, at least 3 colors 

• wood embroidery hoop, 6” diameter

• Frixion gel pen

• small, sharp scissors

• hand embroidery needles

• thimble (optional)

Full payment is required to reserve your space in class.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If your plans change, and you cannot attend a class, let us know as soon as possible by phone. We will refund your class fee in full up to ONE WEEK before class begins. After that time, class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sometimes we must cancel a class. We will let registered students know as soon as we can. You will have the option to transfer into a different class, if applicable, or you may ask for a refund or store credit.
